No. No starter ever deserves two megas. For Charizard and Mewtwo, it was done for sole nostalgia pandering. Greninja is nowhere near that troupe.

You know what's funny? That unless Greninja DOES get two megas to maybe confuse the opponent with your movepool decisions, M-Greninja will inevitably be worse than LO Greninja.
