So what's a good moveset for pic related?
I was thinking of running pure special with Choice Scarf:
Hyper space fury
Hyper space hole
Psyshock
Trick
But dual stab is a bit iffy so any other ideas would be appreciated.

Hyperspace Fury is a physical move.

It may have been a special move from the demo datamine, but it's a physical move now.

That set is bad. If you're going for a scarf set then do this:

Hoopa-U @Choice Scarf
Jolly Nature
4 HP/252 Att/252 Spe
Hyperspace Fury/Knock Off
Zen Headbutt/Fire Punch
Drain Punch/Gunk Shot
Trick/Ice Punch

This thing has an insane movepool, so you can really go with any combination. Just make sure it knows either Knock Off or Hyperspace Fury.

I thought hyperspace fury was special my bad. It gets the elemental punches too? And Drain punch? That's insane this thing is pretty damn good

Yeah. Right now I'm wondering how good Skill Swap would be on this thing, since its ability is gimmicky and for the most part useless.

Nature: Naive/Jolly
Ability: Magician
EV Spread: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Hyperspace Fury
- Psyshock/Hyperspace Hole/Zen Headbutt
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch/Gunk Shot

Drain Punch is much better than Focus Blast because it's 100% accurate and is still coming off a base 160 atk stat as well as being physical, so you're not walled by pink blobs, also stand a chance against tyranitar and other dark types, as opposed to being walled completely. Psyshock is also good against special walls, hyperspace hole can be used as an alternative to get through toxic stallers like florges, gliscor etc... Hyperspace Hole as your strongest stab move, if you prefer, you can run Zen Headbutt if your Hoopa is jolly and fully physical. Ice Punch is for dragons and Gunk Shot can be used instead to fuck fairy types up who think they're safe.

Its frail enough to die to any neutral STAB physical hit, so you might aswell go with Hasty instead so you can switch into special attackers that aren't fairies or bugs.
