m-ampharos is at an awkward place imo. too slow for bulky sweeping, has to waste a moveslot on agility; but too fast for trick room since everyone and their mothers can just send out a slow ground or ice type and kill it
in reality, dragon/electric would've been a great typing for a fast sweeper. electric means paralysis immunity.
all that ampharos needed was speed imo, instead they made it some sort of slow bluky sweeper with no reliable recovery outside of rest
because of this, it's currently B rank in UU
it could be so much better with some small twicks and twiches
