This is Greninja as a Poison or Psychic type. Conkeldurr can't win in this scenario.
Verdict: Conkeldurr is not a Greninja counter. Of course, if Conkeldurr is fortunate enough to switch into anything but a Gunk Shot or Extrasensory, sure Conkeldurr can check Greninja.
But then Greninja will just switch out and fight another day. Conkeldurr doesn't have Shadow Tag.
