No, you can't only pokémon from 5gen/4gen etc (B/W/B2/W2) Can be generated

2-Can you generate a pokemon for me with this moves.............?
Yes i can be sure to check if the pokemon you want can learn the moves you want

3-Can you do some shiny for me?
Yes, except shiny locked legendary

4-Can you generate a 'mon for me in a specific ball?
Yes but only balls that you can use legal and not hacked , Example Cherish Ball
