It has an awesome, thematically appropriate unique ability that it can actually take full advantage of, unlike poor Drifblim. It even manages to be pretty good without being overpowered thanks to its generally shit stats.

I've used a swords dance set. It worked well, although it was situational and needed quite a bit of support. Also, one guy used a scarfed Zangoose (only time i've seen that).
