It also gets focus blast to fuck over ferrothorn Wich I assume is the reason you're using ConkeldurrThough Ferrothorn works better than Skarmory on rain, I think thats a good enough choice since you need a defogger.
You should change surf to hydro pump on ludicolo, it SpA its pretty bad so it needs all the power it can get.
Mixed Kingdra with DD? Seriously? I can understand if you want to keep a win condition in case your rain setters are gone, but there are better things for that, Hurricane + Quiver dance Volcarona for example. If you want to use Kingdra on rain, give it Specs and hydro pump everything to dead.
Politoed looks fine but without way to recover health it won't stay around too keep rain for long, Maybe try a rest+sleep talk set, or like you said put a wishpasser somewhere.
And last Manetric looks okay, but I just hope you won't need that overheat at a crucial moment right when rain is falling.
