Literally the only good part about the Frontier is the character designs. And the Institute, which is in Mauville ages before you even get to the Post-game, so its better that the frontier doesnt have it.

ORAS brought a ton of stuff to the table, and renders every single prior game 100% Obsolete and pointless.
