It's banned in UU cause 2fast. Not like it would have mattered, since it's likely to raise to OU since it was above the cutoff according to last usage stats, which were during le balance dragon's stay in OU.

I'm playing VGC and Ubers because like half the team I used in OU a few months ago is all in ubers or banned from play.

At this point I feel like they could've just made another tier like they did with RU. A few of those ubers do not actually have any use in ubers.
