Rules are simple, if champs current team's getting a little too stale for himself he'll call "new team" where the fastest of 6 anons to suggest their Pokemon in time shall see them on champs newest team. If champ outskills and simply outskills his opponent too much he'll go easy and call "new champ" where the fastest trip to understandably claim'll become our newest champ. Calls only count in thread.
