ITT Gameplay Mechanic ideas

Ideas you think Game Freak need to implement to streamline or otherwise improve the Pokemon experience. There's alot of things that seem like obvious ideas to me but for some reason they've never implemented them. To name a few:

> A 'Field slot' on Pokemon - Pokemon would have their four moveslots as usual, but if you had a HM you didnt want to use in battle, you could assign it to the field slot instead and have it function as a field move only
> Since they implemented the Pokemon Village as a kind of place where abandoned Pokemon go, why not have a feature where, at one particular location, you can catch the last 10 or so Pokemon you've deleted from your PC (in case you regret that decision later on).
> The ability to do 'inbalanced' Pokemon trades - this might be too much to implement online, but in local trades you should be able to offer, say, 3 Pokemon for 2, or 2 Pokemon for 1. Like in the Pokemon card game, you'd be able to trade two pseudo-rares for a rare for example, adding more options for trading and haggling.
> The Eon Ticket effect is something there should be more of in future Pokemon games - if Pokemon outbreaks from earlier generations returned as a mechanic, outbreaks could pass from one game to another either by local or by wifi, so if one person had a Skitty outbreak, he could spread it to three other people before his outbreak finishes
> They did the Pokewalker on HeartGold and SoulSilver - now that the 2DS and 3DS has a motion sensor/pedometer in it, why shouldn't walking around irl to get small amounts of exp/items be the norm? Not a major feature but it'd be a neat little touch
