I dunno where /vp/ usually fetches their official media from but I see a lot of folks going to Bulbagarden Archives (http://archives.bulbagarden.net), which despite its inherent connections to Bulbagarden, is actually pretty good.

I'd like to mention an alternative, though. PidgiWiki (http://www.pidgi.net) is a fan site that exists purely for the sake of storing official Pokémon media, and was started by a former Bulbapedia/Bulbanews member [hint: not me]. I think it's a nice resource that people should know about.
