In Gen6 HP Fighting is slightly better than HP Fire on LO/Lefties Latios unless you already have Bisharp checks, Defog bait is nice. Thing is HP Fire is a 2HKO and a therefore a possible Pursuit or Sucker Punch 50/50 trap, HP Fighting solves this scenario.
If you don't worry about Bisharp then keep HP Fire for classic Scizor and Ferrothorn switches.
