If you're having trouble capturing or defeating Uxie, Azelf or Mesprit: Use a mightyena with trick and sand attack because half of their moves won't work due to typing and taunt prevents uxie's yawn which is a pain to deal with. I'll stay in the thread to give tips for catching legendaries if needed.
