Sceptile switches out a lot. I've been using one with pretty much the set discribed in
>>22352146Although it is sub optimal, I only found it useful in doubles and triples with my rain team, bait the elctric move, evolve and then attack with the boost.
For singles leaf storm and eq should replace sub and giga drain. You will hit as hard as you can, and switch.
Physical with SD/ drain punch has potential too, more then a straight special sweeper.
