Subseed is pretty useful as you can get back loads of health with LE attached too and then priority sub if you need to.

Moonblast is the only viable attack and it's pretty useful to have one, cause Whimsicott is huge Taunt bait.

For the last slot you could run a status move if your team needs status support. Charm is viable as well cause Prankster.

UU, not Doubles as it needs to be able to keep its sub. It's somehow not as good in RU even though it's legal, as RU is a bit less stall friendly.
