Drasna brings a hand to her cheek, the other recalling Dragalge "Oh my, I'm so flustered!~ You've wiped out half of my team and I haven't even fainted any of yours, much less laid a scratch.."
Noivern twitches from all the poison he's got swimming inside of him. You don't want to recall him though, and by the looks of it he doesn't want to go back either. If you recalled him just to let him out again later, he'd just be a liability, dead weight to pull off another attack or two before dropping like a fly.
If you want to use him to his fullest extent, you have to use him now. You decide to keep him in, to keep up the sweep and see just how much longer Noivern can last. At best, you'll be able to pull off another Moonlight or Roost.
