The rules are simple. Pick any pokemon you want that you believe needs a power up.
You can either allocate it 20 new stat points in any way you see fit, OR.
You can change its typing. If it's mono type, you keep its original type, and add a secondary of your choice. If it is dual type, you can only change one of its two types, you cannot change both.
