Something I don't get about Secret Bases.
The first Secret Pal I talked to (my first one) gave me 9 flags the first time I talked to him. None of my other pals gave me any flags, and I'm only getting 1 from each of my bases (I think I'm supposed to get up to 30, depending on how many they've collected, but I even got 1 from a base with a silver flag). I don't understand this at all. Any explanations?
