Dusknoir has a especially monumental task as Dusclops defenses get boosted to extremes with Evolite. For Dusknoir it'd either need a good HP boost, or a large attack boost, or a new ability or some means of reliable recovery that can be only learnt by Dusknoir (post evo).
As for the other Ghosts they all have issues.
Drifblim needs higher stats in something either both defenses, s.atk or atk or speed. As it is it's so middle of the road it isn't funny. Also fix that Flare Boost ability, it's so useless you have to wonder why it exists. +1.satk does not justify burning yourself especially on something with CM.
You have Banette who even with a Mega, stats are still too low and it's monotype, +100 wasn't enough the thing need at least +150 because it was so low to begin with. It could probably do something with it's current stats but it's movepool is so bad in terms of coverage.
Spiritomb suffers from the same problem as Banette of stats so goddamn low it's pointless, it's something which desperately needs a Evo.
Mismagius's issues could be all fixed by simply changing it's typing to Fairy/Ghost.
Froslass just needs a huge stat boost and a likely eventual Mega I suppose.
Jellicent needs +10 more s.atk so it doesn't sit around as much, it's one of the easier to fix ones. Same for Chand, with the power creep 145 just isn't that great anymore.
