It is an AI, her name is Infi.
I think it was a smart choice for her name and design, especially because it does perfectly fit her owner's name which is Zero and the balance between the distortion world and the real world main theme as well.

Now is she only was one of the Pokemon Centre wifi battle npc ladies in BW and BW2.
