To get a legitimate Mew you'd need Ranch or some E-reader garbage, to get Arceus legitimately you'd have to be Japanese or get one from them since it sure as hell wasn't released globally on memory, and Manaphy with those Ranger shenanigans. Celebi is easy with Bank and Deoxys was made catchable in ORAS.
Sure it's not hard to complete the Pokedex in general but to have everything legit without any outside tampering or going through ridiculous processes is maximum autism difficult.
