You can't expect GameFreak's artist to make any variation despite that people of different ethnicities have different musculoskeletal structures for their feet.
Pokémon takes place across 6 known regions so far, 2 are non-Japan based ones and you'd probably see that Hilda and Serena have the same kind of feet as Leaf or Crystal.
Similarities between Leaf and Crystal might be plausible, but Hilda and Serena would probably have different structural types.
