I'm not sure how one would expose his weakness, because even when he lost ingame, he'd sort of just go into denial, shifting the blame onto his Pokemon for being weak or just flat out calling the opponent weak again despite the fact that he obviously lost.
Also, get Team Rocket involved somehow.
