I've found 7 shiny legendaries through SR'ing. I've also hatched a shiny Tyrogue by mistake.

Speaking of Bellossom, one of my first XY shinies was a shiny Oddish that I got traded from some anon on this board when I gave away some breeding leftover Dratini early in XY. As a Bellossom, it's been the primary Sweet Scenter when EV training ever since.

My first XY shiny was a Nosepass I found in a hoard. I also accidentally hatched a shiny Chikorita while breeding for egg moves. It was a nice change after hatching approx 450 eggs for shiny Furfrou

I've only found 3 so far. Shiny Wailmer through chain fishing, shiny Cubchoo while trying to get the slowbronite, and SR'd a shiny Cyndaquil from Prof. Birch post game.

I caught a shiny Magikarp in Petalburg City when I was looking for a Corphish for the Pokedex. Used her on my main team. It was cool sending her out in important battles like Primal Kyogre and the Steven battle and seeing her in that ending sequence that plays once you beat the game. I also got every ribbon for her.
I also caught a shiny Claydol at Sky Pillar.
Has the chances of fining a shiny increased with the latest games? I also caught a shiny Gulpin and Sandile in Pokemon X, 10 hours between each other.

Hatched a shiny Marill while breeding for Azumarill and encountered a shiny Linoone while flag hunting the very next day. Hatched a nearly perfect shiny Cyndaquil a while back too
