Everyone knows /vp/ sucks at competitive, but they seem to be pretty good at designing Pokemon when they actually try. As such, I present to you all:

A CHALLENGE!

Come up with an idea for a new Pokemon's final stage, BST 460-545. Minmax the shit out of its stats, but stay reasonable.
Easy?
Make it so flawed, that its still low UU at best. Think onix and Ninjask

There, with access to Bullet punch, SR and you give it a focus sash, it can find some usage in shit like RU or really low UU

Great defensive stats, but ahit typing.
Shit ability that makes it more prone to Low Kick. Weak to match punch. Slow a shit, and it it has no recovery besides leftovers it would the shittiest tank.

Or did you mean Mega Blastoise, whos defense comes from being not weak to rock and having 79 base HP

55 is probably a bit high, but I didnt want to give it Ghost-tier HP. It also has a far lower speed

Yes, but even with that kind of mix maxing, it is usable. Defeating the porpouse of your thread.
Unusable is something like Shuckle, 20, 230, 230 balk and it still does not thank hits well.
The spread you proposed is better besides hypothetically getting Gyro Ball with 90 attack and 20 speed.
