Good question actually. Dragon Rush is much better than Dragon Claw and just a bit weaker than Outrage, without battle lock.

It also counts as the same type of move as Body Slam and Steamroller, i.e. its power is doubled when used against a Minimized target.

Also it has a 20% chance to flinch.
