If there's a next suspect, which there eventually will be, it'll probably be one of Mega Metagross or Mega Sableye. Probably. Unless they do something weird like "Gothitelle is uncompetitive and needs to go," just suspecting some random bullshit for no reason when there are bigger issues (i.e. what they did with Swagger.)
Mega Metagross is fast, really bulky and hits really hard. It's another one of those megas that basically has no mechanical flaws, like Mega Salamence (but salamence had a good boosting move, Recovery and Refresh and was also faster. Also its STABs were 100% accurate.) A lot of people on /vp/ though it was shit at the beginning, to this day I don't have the faintest clue why. I mean I know there are a ton of shitters here, but how bad exactly do you need to be to not realize how good it is?
It's most definitely not an assured ban though, if it gets suspected it would be very close. I don't think it's ban worthy, it's REALLY threatening but there's enough checks to it around. A lot of the "wow this is really broken" is coming from people who really just haven't adapted to it.
