I used Minimize + Softboiled + Seismic Toss + Flamethrower in doubles for a while.
It gave really slow victories and relied too much on luck so it wasn't that fun using at the end.

lol, i used a Blissey like this in Gen II long before I even knew what the word competitive meant.

it would only sometimes work against my friends, who had really awful teams like any kid would, but when it did rage ensued.

Use Prankster SubSeed Whimsicott.

Start with a sub in case of Toxic, then use Leech Seed.
