Sugimori's are basically the stock art on a CG background, while Keiji Kinebuchi, the original CGI artist was also one of my favorites.
I liked Imakuni's Base Set Porygon (even if the card was shit) for that reason, so I thought it was a pity he didn't do more card arts. (I wasn't aware of his popularity in Japan when I first saw Porygon)
This thread is making me nostalgia over looking at all the old cards in Booster packs etc.
