The Jigglypuff line, Togepi line, Snubull line, Spritzee line, Swirlix line, Mr. Mime line, Ralts line, Marill line, Mega Audino, Sylveon and Dedenne all seem to just be Fairy because they are cute.
I guess I could give you Altaria as well, but it's not any more mythological than most other Dragons really.
Mr. Mime is just a mimer, saying that Azumarill and Wigglytuff are Moon Rabbits is stretching it and you know it.
About half of the fairies seems actually mythological, the rest are just cute or pretty.
