HP is such a tricky stat already, it can be screwed over by IVs so having a set HP stat seems fair. It would be too much hard work trying to get an HP nature when you could be working on defenses instead.

I can only see it working for pokemon who have too much or too little HP to abuse walling and pain splitting.

the neutral natures are technically programmed as something like serious: + atk - atk so there would be a new neutral nature

Better give him a def/sp def nature and put max EVs into HP and the other defensive stat

I'm not a programmer so don't quote me on this but I think neutral natures are just raising and lowering the same stat, and the only reason it's there is to avoid crashing the game via glitches or hacks.
