If so I hope he has measures in place for someone to carry on the site should he die. I remember years ago there was a website full of celebrity nudes called Robb Celeb run by this one guy called Robert Douglas. Robb's site became legend it was the biggest and best collection of celebrity nude pics there ever was, it had contempory celebs, celebs only known well in their own countries (eg gallery upon gallery of Claire Sweeney smuggling peanuts) and invented the term celebity oops. It weathered storms like Rupert Murdock threatening to sue for pictures he claimed he owned copywrite on, the threats of paysites that didn't offer as much as he did but had better site design like Mr Skin and was among the first sites to offer videos of scantly clad celebs in pre-flash video site days.
Then one day, about 10 years ago, Robb died after a short illness, his last words on his deathbed were "Tell the pervs, I'm sorry.". The website was paid for for the next 3 months but there was nobody there to pick up the mantle so it was bought by a link farm and a part of the internet died that day...
That must never happen to serebii net. If Joe died without successors I can see Pomf buying the website off Joe's estate, deleting everything and setting up an auto link to bulbapedo.
