I wouldn't be surprised if that made it into Ubers, let alone OU OP. Can't be stopped with status effect and has a fantastic sweeper moveset.

Gengar is going to be lucky if he can 2HKO that, I don't know if that's even a 3HKO

Gengar is fragile, so whatever its 4th slot is (Probably Ice Punch) will probably OHKO or at least 2HKO

Make it so that every move you use is an announced charge move, similarly to how using Solarbeam et al says you're gathering light/cloaked in light/whatever but it just says you're charging up X move.
Give it +100 all to attack + take a few points from SpAtk into Speed and it would still be NU because muh protect/subs/sturdy/sash and it's even worse at revenging/being walled/switching intelligently, but it would be an appropriate ability for Slaking and it would rip anything in half in one hit if it managed to land neutrally.
