For doubles, it's kind of debateable. Sceptile is frail as fuck and dies easily, but checks mega mence and is immune to rage powder, and can fire off devastating hits with a discharge partner.
Swampert is bulkier and can wreck under rain, but faces the threat of burns and Intimidate fuckery stopping it.
IDK about Blaziken.
