The one thing that peeves me off the most is when people start saying "I can't" or something in a non-ironic way. They're quite hard to talk to because they like to over-repeat shitty memes.
I can add that I see myself as fairly normal, though. I'm skinny, not overly nerdy, I go out and drink and watch shows that everyone else does. I don't really have friends in my college who play games as much as I do, and I play a lot. I hardly ever mention them either unless I know it's interesting for them. Like the sims, tomodachi life, etc.
Sadly if I ever mention Pokemon as being one of the things I like before anything else, people online will see me as the traditional neckbeard. Pokemon is just one of those things which you just don't mention in order to maintain a good impression.
