It's an Ice pokemon that is constantly freezing, just hink how fucked up that is for a second. The it evolves into Glalie and gets another big fuck you as it Mega Evolves and literally blows up its own jaw.

If I (in the hypothetical case I was living in an universe with pokemon) encountered one Spoink like this I would probably try to shake it as hard as possible to simulate the shock of its bouncing and reanimate its heart.
