Ability: Predatory ensnarement- upon entering the battle, mega-ariados spins a massive web around the battlefield that tangles all pokemon within except for itself, leaving them unable to maneuver to attack or defend themselves, lowering the attack, defense, Speed, and Evasion of all other pokemon.

Ultimately it's just intimidate on steroids, but it feels more flavorful to me. Could be pretty good nonetheless.
Sadly, not as broken.
