In case you don't know, those 4 tiles make the Player return to the blue tile in the middle every time. Took me a while to realize I could walk diagonally out.

So I have synchro on to have my Base team be my bouffoulant, dragonite and ludicolo and once i have that as my team, turn off synchro at that point so it STAYS that way?

Will my npc still give others flags or does that require sync?

Yes, basically.
You don't ever need to turn on auto-synchronization again, just manually do it whenever.

Do you mean the up to 30 flags you can get from other bases? Not sure about that.

You essentially had to go to the pad, be teleported back only to realize you actually had to use the one in the front, then teleport back, go up to the pad, and then repeat until the move pad was deactivated so you can go up to actually talk to the leader.

and the faggot didn't even have any flags to give me either.
