So I'm a little confused about how to obtain the Eon Ticket. I've been googling it and from what I understand, you have to have on streetpass.

Now does that mean if I have on my wifi and use the PSS I'll have a chance of "passersby" giving me an eon ticket, or do I literally have to walk around with my 3ds in my pocket and hope someone in my shitty town has one?

Some of the pages aren't too clear about it.

Why do they keep making this shit so hard to get? I think it'd be better if all exclusives were on wifi, but maybe to get exclusive B you need to have gotten exclusive A first if they really want to reward the fans who invest more time in these games.

Sorry for being a retard but it's easier to ask you guys than trying to decipher what a lot of blogs are saying.
