Froslass (Shiny, Snow Cloak): Shadow Ball, Blizzard, Destiny Bond, Psychic: Holding Quick Claw (for that destiny bond goodness)

Mamoswine (Snow Cloak): Hail, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Ice Shard: Holding Icy Rock

Glaceon (Snow Cloak): Hail, Shadow Ball, Blizzard, HP Ground: Not Holding anything (couldn't find a good item)

Lapras (Hyrdation): Psychic, Ice Beam, Thunder, Rain Dance: Holding Damp Rock

Walrein (Ice Body): Earthquake, Blizzard, Waterfall, Rock Slide: Holding Rocky Helmet
