Ignoring obvious broken things like pure/huge power, speed boost, wonder guard, and maybe even Adaptability which all fit any Pokemon at any time for no real reason
Magic bounce/magic guard could've worked thematically with it being psychic. Guts would be neat. Moxie would be terrifying. Sheer force would be cool. I think it has the move pool for technician.
Thematically I don't think there would be anything wrong with giving it bulletproof.
