Tyranitar skarmory alakazam (with elemental punches and psychic) or Latios with soul dew if you can get it

Tyranitar tanks special hits, alakazam can eat a few special hits as well as latios

Skarmory takes EQ's for tyranitar, breaks stall and walls fighting types for tyranitar

Alakazam has a diverse movepool thanks to punches being special in gen 3 and alazakams psychic hits like a damn truck.

Latios with soul dew is like the mega kangaskhan of gen lll, its a must have and its almost impossible to stop

Yeah I got the Eon Ticket, I'm going to get that Soul Dew. Wasn't though Soul Dew a banned item in Battle Tower?

I forgot how much coverage Alakazam used to have before the Split.
The punches were bred from a Hitmonchan if I remember correctly.

Also are Rain Teams useable in Gen 3?
I mean there's no Gen 5 Drizzle Politoad here.

No, they were not usable. Tyranitar was the only non legendary weather setter in gen 3, so it was either sand or bust. Not to mention almost no good pokemon got swift swim or any usable rain based ability in gen 3.

Also, you should keep milotic in check. That pokemon alone is good reason to carry thunderbolt on latios as well as recover to eat a few ice beams. Alakazam also wrecks milotic with thunder punch and its good special bulk.
