The problem with using legendaries on your team is if you win, your opponent will bitch about losing because you use legends. And if you win, your opponent will boast about beating a team with legends. To avoid faggotry like that, most people don't like using the legendaries. They're also ridiculously OP which lessens the fun of competitive battle. But again, use whatever mons you want. As long as you have fun with your team, you're good.
As for the dragons, multiscale dragonite is GOAT. Slap on a weakness policy and e-speed / outrage yourself to victory.
