I prefer the Takara Tomy line for the Eevees since I like their sitting down pose more than the pokecenter ones which stand.

As an owner of one of those bootlegs, I can more or less vouch for them. They're very soft and look like nearly the same thing.

Mine has a serious issue with the legs though. They aren't lined up correctly and one of the front ones is shorter than the other. You can kind of tell in the photo. Personally, I don't notice too much when I display it, so it's kind of okay.

By the way pardon the picture quality and fonts, they were for dA uploads back then.

It was interesting making Garbodor, I don't think I used wires in the arms, just careful sewing to get the arms to pose like that.

I honestly made whatever Pokemon I could with the socks I bought, I was in some crazy sock plushie phase back then. Heck I still have a bin full of new socks to be made into plushies, or just to be worn.
