Klefki isn't just a keyring either, nor is the ring part of it even a literal man-made keyring. It has a head and a body, and the ring is formed by interlocking appendages. The horn resembles a key, but it also holds literal keys with its rings, and you can see they don't look the same.
Unlike with Magnemite, there is a very clear distinction between the parts of Klefki's body that resemble man-made objects and the objects themselves. And yet somehow Magnemite, a creature made of man-made objects glued together, is perfectly acceptable, while Klefki, a creature that merely vaguely resembles a man-made object and emulates its function, is a travesty.
