Do you guys think it'll be 1 version or 2? A sequel like BW2 or just an upgraded version like Platinum? Will there be more new megas? What will the story be?

The reason three was a B2W2 was to continue the story (N left with the opposite Pokemon to return at the climax of B2W2, as well as Ghetsis never being captured) and to use a game mechanic that they had originally decided on. There's not really a "to be continued" involved in X & Y. So no, I don't think there will be X2 Y2

Lysandre is trapped under the ultimate weapon, which still hasn't been taken care of. They could easily come up with something from there.
Also, Emma. It's strange that they'd throw in a character in the optional post game story, give her an open ending, and not do anything with her. She doesn't have any official art and there are people who don't even know she exists. They could implement her into a main story or even make her the champion or something.

There will be, there's no point in Zygarde otherwise. There are two signature moves for him that have been datamined already, kind of proving that he will have two new forms, none of them present in ORAS so yeah.... we will have a new game.

Hopefully X/Y with a DexNav. Doubt it, tho.

I would honestly like to see them do a new story in a region we're already familiar with.

I think Sinnoh is a really strong region they could work with. I'd rule out Hoenn and Unova since ORAS just came out and Unova already has a second storyline in the region. I'd also rule out Kanto because it's been remade and honestly the world of Kanto isn't interesting enough.
