Yeah but the only way he could have realistically ended up washed on a shore would be some sort of boat, right? its funny because on the SS Anne in R/B/Y/FR/LG there is a guy in his room, dressed in a brown suit, saying he is an international police member on a mission. Also, in Platinum Looker had a hazy accent, as if he was foreign to the region, or, as if he had amnesia.

Unova Mega Stones aren't in Hoenn, in fact the Audinite that Looker has is the only one. Looker was in a place that had Unova mega stones (Either Unova, or Kalos as of an updated Z)

He was then pulled through time and space into Hoenn by a Hoopa ring, causing him to end up on the beach with amnesia, holding a foreign Mega Stone

ehh, not quite. Just that R/S/E was a different world, to explain the changes in the plot and canon regarding Mega's now existing since the beginning of the timeline (FR/LG/OR/AS).

The events of HG/SS, Pt., B/W, B2/W2, FR/LG, ect, all still happened, just with Faries and Megas existing since the beginning in mind.

X/Y is even officially stated to be taking place around the same time as B2/W2, similar to HG/SS and Pt.
