Don't you mean faster hard hitting pokemon tend to counter it (depending on typing), and same goes for bulky encore users

He didn't say it was a counter. He said counters it. That is the correct use of the word. He wasn't saying they were counters. If so we'd refer to smogon usages. But the word is an actual word. Like an english word that's been around for hundreds of years. It has actual meaning.

It get's worse. They literally say there are no arguments against banning it. Not that they don't agree with them. Not that they aren't the best arguments. They literally say there are no arguments for keeping it. The fact that it has real counters being just one of the reasons to not ban it.
