So I've been soft resetting for a Latios. I've had garbage ones all week until I got one with 31 in all stats, except for Defense, which is at the 10-13 range.

Is this going to matter much at all? Should I keepu?

Keep going, legends as you probably know have 3 perfect IVs every time.
Its a fucking grind sure but its worth it if you really plan to use it.

Forgot to add, I've been using the dexnav hunting dittos on that island with just ditto and munna, about 150 3IV ones so far and only 5 that have had 4 IVs. But you watch, I'm going to get one missing only atk or sp.atk one day.
